Of all the coffee places we've tried, Muddy Waters is top notch. Great atmosphere and fast service would recommend the Americano, vanilla cinnamon latte, and chai. There is plenty of parking as well. 10 out of 10.

Amazing coffee! Got a vanilla cinnamon latte and it was delicious. The pricing is good. Love the music! Played Tame Impala when I was there. Very nice atmosphere.

I was heading out to the Angel Oak tree with my family. And we decided to stop and check out Muddy Waters Coffee Bar. This warm and inviting place has very friendly service. I ordered a black Americano, which was perfectly made. My family enjoyed their drinks as well. There is a spacious patio when the weather is good. I highly recommend Muddy Waters Coffee Bar!

So happy I came across this cute lil coffee shop! I travel in and out of Charleston often, and this has become my makeshift spot to grab a coffee and get stuff done. The team is hospitable and they serve sustainably sourced Counter Culture coffee. I also like that they offer arts and crafts to sell from local artists.

I'm a coffee fanatic, and this place definitely earned five stars, so much so that I drove 10 miles every morning from our beach hotel for my morning fix. As in any coffee shop, there's some variability; every barista doesn't do things exactly the same. All my coffees here were excellent, but the barista with blond hair and a glitter T-shirt was world class.

Best coffee shop in Mt Pleasant! Try the White Chocolate Raspberry Latte! Also they had delicious scones and homemade poptarts among many morning treats! One of us is Gluten Free and they had several premade gluten free protein bars/squares. The peanut butter chocolate was delicious! Also they sell incredible soaps. Great little coffee shop! Also the owner and baristas were super nice.

Cozy coffee shop on the way to Folley beach. The prices were standard for most espresso drinks. I always order a cortado and this was the first place where it was not served in the standard 4oz but was a 6oz cup filled to the brim. I immediatley thought it was going to be muddied out with milk but to my surprise it was excellent! The beans they use are strong and full of flavor. And as the drink went on the flavor seemed to get stronger and tastier. I mentioned in several other google coffee reviews, Charleston shops are 70/30 for not doing latte art. Being a smaller community shop I was not expecting to get a great leaf design. Both my friends who had not tried cortado before were blown away by the flavor. I returned 4 days later with a fellow coffee snob and again, worried about the 6oz serving but again it was not overwhelmingly milky and it did taste better as it went down. The blueberry scone was also delicious! Not too hard that it truly needed to be soaked in coffee before being eaten and complimented the cortado excellently.
